The New Pope

The new Pope is Francis the first. The conclave met in the Vatican for two days. The first time smoke came out it was black which meant there was no pope elected yet. The second time the crowd of thousands were amazed when they saw white smoke after only 2 days. They saw that he was an 76 year old Argentinian cardinal who was now a Pope to 1.2 billion Catholics all around the world. His real name is Jorge Mario Bergoglio. He gave his first blessing on Sunday at the Vatican. He blessed over 100000 people. Here are some photos.
